Exchange & Returns.

At Novaro Goods we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.


Returns

You may return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include the original packaging and all accessories. Items returned later than 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email that we have received your item.

If the item is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note the refund may appear on your statement in a few days, depending on your bank or card provider.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product, defect).

In that case, we’ll cover the return shipping fees.


Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange your item for a different size or version, please contact us first and we’ll send you instructions for the exchange process.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

• Items clearly worn, used or damaged by the customer

• Products missing original packaging or accessories

• Final-sale items as marked at checkout
